Services
EST. in 2015, NIICO Millwork LTD has been providing clients with expertly designed and crafted high-end custom kitchens, vanities and wardrobe systems. We are excited to deliver to each client a superior product perfectly fitted to their space, handcrafted in Toronto Canada, by some of the best craftsman, engineers, project managers, and designers.
NIICO will always bring together functionality and design. We recognize that the art of the process is just as important as state-of-the-art technology. Together, these two important facets make a recipe for original, unique and high-end cabinetry whether it's for your kitchen, bathroom, closet or other millwork requirements.
Already working with an interior designer? Are you an Architect, Custom Home Builder or have a boutique infill development that requires something special? Then we are a great partner for you. With a wide range of clientele that NIICO is currently servicing today we have carved out a small niche for clients requiring a consultative partnership on their projects.
The engineering behind the scenes of your NIICO product is where the magic happens. Here are some not-so-secret details of NIICO's high-quality kitchen products that are all made in- house at our Vaughan, Ontario headquarters: Load-bearing cabinetry interiors that consist of -inch construction and range from textured linens to marine-grade plywood.
Framed kitchens or inset cabinetry have a more traditional look and are identified by the finished frames and solid seamless joints between each door and hinge. This method of millwork has been around for centuries and is considered the pinnacle of kitchen design and aesthetic - each framed cabinet NIICO produces is as if we are creating an individual piece of furniture.

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company and their inadequate product. Not only did they deliver A FULL YEAR LATE, every single piece of millwork had issues or they simply "forgot" to order the materials they promised they would. When we started to ask questions we did not get any responses from the management and when we did, they were unprofessional and honestly rude. I am truly shocked at this experience and now need to hire a new company to fix all the many many deficiencies.

Horrible service. Despite going to them 2 years before we needed the job completed, we are still waiting. We were very clear with our timeline. We sent constant reminders that the deadline was coming up. We were told everything was going to be on time. We are past the deadline and are less than 20% complete. Our home is at a standstill and we have no answers - just broken promises.
It's unfortunate - they have a great product and some great employees (Lauren and Samantha) but this was the biggest regret of our build.

We had them install custom closets and our master ensuite vanity. They did great job minus our designer who wasn’t truthful with a few things and I found her customer service to me absolutely autrocius after the contract was signed and we had paid the deposit.

Horrible service! Firstly, their prices are inflated beyond belief. I used this company for my custom closets all throughout my home. Not pleased. The worst part about this company is the Sales, specifically Lauren. She made it VERY CLEAR she is compensated by commission only. Her attitude was so joyful and exciting when I was spending a lot of money on the project. The minute I cut costs her attitude changed and she was rude. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a closet to compare prices as NIICO is way too pricey and you don't receive the service in return. They also damaged my walls as they
