I was referred to this firm after a string of poor accounting experiences. I am a small business owner and appreciate hard work, authenticity and attention to detail. So far, this firm has been able to complete my fiscal year ends (correctly) and help me with the CRA, as well offer me some suggestions to streamline some expenses. To be honest... I hate leaving poor reviews. But, these guys just missed the mark. Nice people, but, they forgot to submit our tax filings and we received some pretty hefty late-filing penalties. I got the sense that their level of organization was just not where it should be (especially for being accountants...)

I am very impressed with the level of service provided by True North. The ability to complete all tasks on-line with the excellent lists and prompts makes tax time (almost) painless! Timely responses to enquires and meeting deadlines is appreciated. The educational materials are very good. I would highly recommend True North to any small business owner.
