Didn’t show up on time to do the job. Confirmed that they were coming out. Planted garden. Flowers and garden died. Was told the owner says it wasn’t their problem and refused to cover costs. Didn’t even call to say they weren’t coming out so I could have have had someone water as went out of town for work

Our strata picked Pronto to install an engineer designed drainage project. Theirs was not the lowest quote we received, but Pronto had the best reviews and their quote was competitive.
We can now see why the reviews are so good! Pronto did everything they could to keep everyone happy while staying within the project budget. Corey and Matt communicated with our strata management very well. They worked well with the engineer to make sure the installed drainage was all to spec, and the patios and finishing landscaping installed after the fact were top quality. The concrete and asphalt work was done
