Granstone installed the countertops for our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room in 2019. This was a new construction. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship, and the timeliness. When we wanted to add another kitchen and bathrooms in the basement in 2022, we went back to Granstone for the countertops because of our positive experience in the past. We were again very happy with the quality of work. Our plumber identified a minor issue with the bathroom sinks that Granstone had supplied and installed. We contacted Granstone, and the problem was corrected within couple of days. We were

Request you not to perform any upgrade/renovation projects with these guys. Even though the staffs are friendly, their work is unprofessional. They take no responsibility for any damage (water damage specifically) post-installation and claim that their work is immaculate. Now I have to spend around 5000 CAD to fix the water damage stain caused by them. Which Granstone wanted me to pay them 2500 more to get fixed by them, just another tactic to get more business I believe. If I can give a negative star rating I would be very happy to do that for all the money and time I lost. All the 5 stars you

We hired Granstone to do a major main floor renovation and are thrilled with the results. Everything right down to the finest details were executed with detail and precision. The construction team removed a main support wall to give us the open concept we’ve been dreaming of and the design team brought the whole vision together. I have my kitchen upgraded along with my powder room and all the flooring on the main floor of my condo in summer 2021. I hired Granstone to do the work after researching and contacting companies for about 3 months. Home star recommended several company and after speaking with 2 other company. The designer (Stephanie) was wonderful to work with. Very patient and personable. The whole crew that worked on the project to make the design come to life was excellent! We are very satisfied with the work that Granstone did in renovating our home. They were punctual, clean, precise, polite, and showed great craftsmanship, add to that their fair prices. We recently embarked on a complete kitchen makeover and out of all the companies we dealt with Granstone was by far the best.
Our quartz countertops look amazing as does the granite backsplash behind our stove.
The staff was very professional, helpful and there wasn't a speck of dust left behind after the install.
Their prices are also very competitive and the job was completed much quicker than we had anticipated.
Best granite shop in the city hands down.

Great experience using Granstone. We had originally selected an other company but after we were informed we would not have countertops in before leaving for Florida, we decided to go with a company that could accommodate our timeline, Granstone. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable and delivered a good product. Will definately use again in the future for our ensuite bathroom.
