Patrick Squire was called to the Ontario bar in 2001 and joined the real estate department of McCarthy Ttrault in Toronto, Ontario where his practice areas included institutional lending, construction financing, corporate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial mortgage securitization, project development and commercial/retail leasing.
Hamza Ahmad was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from York University and a J.D. from Lakehead University. While at Lakehead University, Hamza gained experience at one of Thunder Bay's most distinguished full-service law firms, Weiler Maloney Nelson, focusing on corporate litigation.
Dr. Corrinne Lobe is an Intellectual Property lawyer, with extensive experience in trademarks, patents, IP assignments and licensing. Corrinne understands the importance of a solid IP strategy to maximize the value of a business, whether it be a high technology company or a client in the service industry.

I want to commend Jayson Schwartz for his rapid handling of an issue that had been blocking the closing of our new home purchase for a week past our closing date. We finally learned that the lawyer for the vendor had dropped the ball on getting a discharge of a private mortgage on the property. In fact, this lawyer only made the request at 4 p.m. on the appointed closing day, way too late. Jayson's firm was acting for the mortgage lender, and when he learned of our problem in closing and getting the key, he and his colleague moved quickly to get the discharge that day. I reached out to them for a pre-construction review. They were very prompt in responding to my query and acquiring my business. They quoted me the highest of all the law firms I contacted. I still went ahead due to their stellar Google reviews. They took my business and ensured the review would be completed within 5 days. With a 10-day cool-off period, 5 days would have been perfect and would have given me some time to negotiate with the builders' lawyers. The completion date was on a Friday. Friday
