Cheryl was very helpful, friendly and always got back to us quickly if we had questions. She went out her way to take pictures of some lots we were interested in, when it was windy, cold and snowing, since we aren't from the area. She was honest and didn't push us to buy more than we budgeted for. We purchaced a beautiful lot, and the transaction went smoothly. I highly recomend Cheyl, especially if you have to do a lot of the process via internet.
