I contacted Jeff Campbell about doing an appraisal for me, unfortunately he was unable to do so due to a heavy workload. He responded promptly and recommended another Appraiser from Chatham to use.
Since he had been out to the house the year prior for a remortgage appraisal, he was already familiar with the home and offered his assistance to help remotely if I had any questions or concerns. I was very surprised and pleased by this great customer service. Will be referring him to anyone who asks.

I was recommended this realty company from a friend of the Campbell's.... I called to view a couple of there listings, but, received no answer, so I left a message. A few days went by, and still no reply. So I left a more detailed message . About a week after the 2nd message, the son called me back... finally! But, when I politely explained that I was disappointed in the lack of customer service, and that I had gone ahead and bought a large home/property from another local realtor, he became rather rude. I would not suggest Campbell Realty to anyone. I wouldnt even list my dog house with this

I was living in Woodstock, and was wondering about cottages or land in Chatham Kent. I contacted Jeff and asked a lot of questions and he was very up front and honest. About 7 months ago we had to relocate due to my husband's job. We told him what we were looking for and very vigilantly he found this house from our description. In 4 days we purchased our dream house. I would like to thank Jeff for being so efficient and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure he found exactly what we were looking for.

I moved from Toronto to Chatham for a promotion with the Federal Government in 2018. As I needed a place to stay in Chatham, I hired Jeff Campbell through a recommendation from Bill Clark (another real estate agent) to help me purchase my first home. Jeff is incredibly insightful and helpful when it comes to real estate.
