Michael is the sweetest man you will ever meet!
He did my engagement photos and the photos were perfect. My wife and I are so happy how the pictures turned out that I bought extra photos to put on canvas.
Michael set me up with an amazing videographer Julian and amazing photographer Norm.
These two gentleman worked so hard and were so patient with our big wedding party.
They captured every moment and helped contribute joy and fun to our special day.

Worst customer service I've experienced since planning my wedding! Unfortunately, I must give this business one star to write this review, but they are worthy of no stars at all.
Today, my fiance, my wedding planner, and I had a 6:30 PM appointment for which we were on time. However, once it was our turn to sit down with the associate, she tells us that they have many appointments coming in and are behind. At the time, it was just my fiance, my planner and myself in the studio--no other clients/customers. The owner then shows up with another couple and sits down at a table nearby.

My wedding was this past Saturday and let me say Babylon Production is AMAZING!!! Sandy was my photographer and George was my videographer and together they were the dream team. We had our wedding in 2013 we had so many things go wrong. Our special car for the end of night didn’t show up. During a very important part during the reception the videographer was no where to be found. The only good part was our engagement photos.The pictures at the were not the greatest at the reception.

I had an ok experience with them for the most part...the decor was what I asked for and considering it was last minute (my decor choice had fallen through) I was grateful that they were able to accommodate me). Although, the backdrop was slightly different - considering I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted. With that said...they REALLY need to work on their customer service skills, which are basically non-existent. Babylon Photography is ultimately the best company to use for your wedding day photography. I could not see myself choosing any other company than Babylon to capture my pre wedding, engagement and wedding day photos. When choosing a company to capture these milestone events in your life being very meticulous in your choice selection is extremely crucial. A lot of photographers claim to be "professionals" but when your pictures can speak volume and look like masterpieces you have made the right choice and this is exactly what you get with Babylon photography WORK OF ART. The reason for this negative review: The company has ignored my simple requests, I am tired of being yelled at by Farrah, when I set up the appt no one was there told to wait, I waited almost 1 hour. I was told their professional photographers, when in fact they sub contract out... Their invoicing has no dating, no clear H.S.T number or amount collecting FOR H.S.T they refuse to honor their advertised pricing and tried to over charge. Yelling at customers, telling them once you change something " Because of you I will be loosing bussines? I have had enough of their rudeness... so I fired them

I would like to start off by saying going with Rafi at Babylon was most definitely one of the best decisions I have made in regards to our wedding. He went above and beyond his call of duty! I was pleased with every aspect of his work. We did all our decor, our limo bus and late night limo pick up, photo booth, flowers, centre pieces linens and more....everything was amazing! Rafi was extremely accommodating, not to mention his prices were very reasonable! We were pleased with all of their great work, and would recommend Babylon to anyone getting married! My wife and I just got married on Saturday august 20,2016. Our photographer and videographer Julie and George were amazing to work with and our video and photos look amazing beyond happy. They paid attention to the details, the memories they captured will be treasured forever. We also used Babylon decor for flowers and backdrop and they exceeded our expectations. The backdrop was gorgeous, everything looked as we asked.

I went just went there for passport and visa picture. IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
The pictures:
Wrong size even though I kept telling him that it supposed to be 2 x2 in.
My face was Not in the middle of the picture. He did not even cut the picture nicely.
It was a total mess and there is no way such picture will be accepted by the government.
When I went there to complain he yelled at me said that he knows his job and that was perfect job. He told me to look at my own face and see that the picture is much better than real life.

They printed little ads for their business to put out on the tables during reception- which is fine BUT they had the wrong wedding date printed on it - so embarrassing , family had to go a dispose it .

Our wedding was on Aug 14th and we were extremely happy with Babylon. Rafi was great to deal with as he and his team went above and beyond our expectations and were available at all times to accommodate changes - all the way to the last minute. We received three quotes before settling with Rafi only to learn that the other decorators rented all their equipment from Rafi himself. Babylon is an amazing resource, keep up the great work Rafi and team!!

This has been by far the worse experience I have ever had dealing with a limo company that proclaims to be professional! If I could give negative stars I would!
After making it very clear that we need to have the limo bus we had ordered to be on time and after many reassurances from the lady saying they are always 10 minutes early, they were late by 30 minutes!!
Not only were they late by 30 minutes picking up my husband, that of course took a domino affect through out the day. They were now 30 minutes late picking up me and my bridesmaids and to our surprise we find out the driver had time to

We booked 2 limos from this company for our wedding. 1 limo dropped off the groomsmen and the 2nd was booked for 5 hours to drive the bridesmaids and the bridal party after the ceremony for photos. Booking with them was fairly straightforward and we saw no red flags prior to the event.

My mother booked wedding photography, video and limo service from this family owned business. Here's the short form of my experience with them:
-They shot nice photos, literally hundreds of them, but they held on to the good ones and gave use the 200 which were part of our package and consisted of duplicates and triplicates of terrible photos in black and white,sepia, etc. This forced us to buy the whole CD with all of the nice pictures which cost an extra $300. REALLY cheap tactic - which I'm told now is common-place in this industry.
