Christina Weagle is honestly one of the best professionals I have ever dealt with, she communicates with her customer, and sets excellent expectations. When you understand what you want and you can't understand how to get there (not techie), she can explain it to you fully in your terms. She does not oversell, she sells what is needed and explains what you are getting so you can fully know the system. She presents different options with the ability to understand how to choose the best option for yourself. Wilson's has a gem of an employee in Christina, she is TOP NOTCH all the way!

When I called all operators were busy. Reluctantly I left my name and number as I have had zero response from other companies returning my call. A few minutes later I received a call back and was very pleased. Stephanie was pleasant, she had already looked into my file and was able to respond with the answers I was seeking. I wish all companies would learn to be more responsive on call backs. Thanks Wilsons.

Unhelpful. Rude. Unethical. Patronizing. Didn't not want to make an effort to find a fuse for my security system for my home. Instead he wanted to sell me a $5000 security system. Mine is 10 years old and needed a $2 fuse. My system is Honeywell. I went to their office with the fuse. I guilted him into looking for a fuse to fit it as they sold me the system. They could have cared less. A week later he emailed me to say he couldn't find the fuse and still offering a new system I called Honeywell and they sent me two free fuses. I will NEVER buy a system from these people again. I will

Wilsons did not properly install my wired motion sensor (sensor was shorted) and as a result the alarm was triggered and I received a fine for the false alarm. When I asked for a quote on a basic camera system they quoted me nearly 2000$. Also, I don't recall any mention of a one year contract and when I decided to opt out and go to Eastlink they told me I was bound to a 1 year contract even though I paid for the equipment upfront. Why would you bind someone to a contract for basic monitoring as part of a takeover of an existing system ?
