Each stage of working with Steve was great. He reviewed the plans ahead of time and recognized the little things that had been overlooked. We were grateful for his knowledge and expertise. We wanted something custom not cookie cutter. On the day of the job, everything went smoothly. The cabinet installation is perfect. I am definitely getting Steve and his team to do other projects for us! Thanks again for the the great work!

My partner and I had a really weird and upsetting experience with Silhouette Custom Cabinets.
Our initial impression was very good, we liked the quality of work that we saw on the display in the shop, we liked the quoted price, and we were ready to subcontract Silhouette Custom Cabinets to make and install our kitchen.
We had an issue with how the contract was written, particularly lack of clearly stated warranty terms and lack of clarity regarding the installation price. We initially considered that to be a small bump on the road.
We wrote an e-mail outlining our concerns. Instead of answering

We had called several Local Kitchen Shops. Steve at Silhouette meet with us at our home and we discussed our plans. He walked us through the process and made several recommendations that no one else had and took the time to discuss all of the pros and cons. He did not try to up sell us on anything and even helped us with recommending some of the other trades that we needed to get our reno done. He has a good group of people that he works with. The kitchen was done on time and on budget. There were some minor hangups that he mentioned might happen but we both worked through them to get it done.

From the first phone call to the finishing touches Steve was an amazing professional! I had a very good idea of what I wanted and Steve took the time to listen and make sure I was 100% happy He went above and beyond my expectations making the entire experience as enjoyable as a renovation can be. We have already recommended him to several friends
