Ms. Ma graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Jilin University in 1999 and was called to the bar in China in 2000. She obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2016. Ms. Ma completed her articling at MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP (MLT), one of the largest business law firms based in Western Canada.
