If you want a Monitored Security System and you have a land line but do not require the bells and whistles this package would best suit your needs. If you no longer have a land line the monitored system will require an alternative way to dial which is the cell network.

Extremely happy with the service we received from InsurGuard Security here in Saskatoon. The service technicians Marshall and Merlin were very polite and accommodating. They assured me they would take every precaution to do the installation with as little drilling, wiring as possible to keep the aesthetics of our home, and they really did!!! They were also very cautious to not damage anything that was in the house. I felt immediately comfortable having them in our home. They did an efficient job, and and excellent placing of the equipment in the best places of the home. Prior to the installation

Very frustrating. I've had nothing but problems with the VeraMate system since it was installed. Insurguard has tried on numerous occasions to fix the problems. It has now been two years and problems have not been fixed. I simply requested that Insurguard provide me with a system that works or refund my money. The have done nothing. It appears that their position is that I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and I will not receive a refund. Amazing. It appears my only option now is to consult with a lawyer. Hope your experience hasn't been as bad as mine. Take care.
