We always enjoy our stays at this hotel. My biggest complaint was the outside hot tub on Friday night 20:00 (Jan 14/22). Two individuals males were sitting there like two lumps for well over two hours. One was drinking alcohol out of a 2 liter plastic 7up bottle and was not practicing any type of social distancing. Because of this I spent to long in the heated pool and got to cold, now I paying the price with a touch of the flu. Sadly this should be monitored more closely.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Central location, right by the bridge with easy access to Comox and across the street from Thrifty’s fantastic deli. Had a room on the main floor and only a few steps to the lobby where coffee, tea and apples were available 24/7. Hot apple cider and cookies were also on offering in the late afternoon. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the room spacious. Will certainly be returning!

It is a very clean nice hotel with helpful friendly staff. We booked a week there and only last 3 to 4 days were enjoyable hence the ratings. At the beginning we were in a corner unit in the main building (room 2220). Room quality was excellent, however sleep quality was none existent because of the location of the unit to the bridge. 24 / 7 was nothing but a hum everytime a car or truck went over the bridge. We literally could not sleep because of that noise. We complained and had to wait for availability of another room. In fairness it has to be said the staff were marvelous and the second room

Lovely spacious quiet room with stocked kitchenette, comfy bed, gas fireplace and sitting areas - and this is the smaller room! Good bathroom. Enjoyed the outside hot tub and pool looked good too. Nice that we were provided with robes. Good area within short distance of great restaurants and museums.

We recently spent a night. We had a room with small kitchen area, living room area, vaulted ceiling, and one king bed. Straight up great room and experience. Check-in was easy, door-dash delivered, and we slept like babies. We put our ordered-in food on proper plates and used proper cutlery🙌🏽. Oh yeah, the bed was wonderful💤.

This hotel is amazing! I highly recommend getting one of the suites. Ours had a large bedroom and living room, full kitchen with stove/oven/dishwasher and washer/dryer. They included all the cooking utensils and small appliances and things you would need, almost felt like an AirBnB instead of a hotel. Great location and friendly staff. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Will 100% stay again.

We choose this place for the pool and AC as it was during a heat wave. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's right on the trail in front of the river, which was also very nice. Tried checking in early, but room was not ready until check in time. However they allowed us to use the pool, so that was nice. They have change rooms for the pool. Didn't partake of the spa, but looks like it offered lots of services. A short walk to some local pubs and other businesses.

Very pretty, well-maintained hotel.
Nice, comfortable rooms with balconies (ours overlooks the pool). Great having the kitchenette!!
Front desk staff r lovely. I like the free coffee machine in the lobby.
Gym is well equipped and there is laundry for those having a longer stay.
Pool and hot tub r small but suits the size of the hotel.
I would highly recommend this place!!
Rooms r a little noisy from noise from kids splashing in the pool.

It’s been years since I have been to what used to be the Old House restaurant but renamed as Locals. Dinner was fantastic and service was top notch. Hotel is new, clean with spacious rooms. There is an out door… pool and hot tub. The grounds are well maintained and quite beautiful with a lovely path along the river. Definitely will come back and stay again.
