I love working creatively and innovatively with individuals, couples, families and groups seeking counselling services. I specialize in trauma-informed use of expressive arts therapy and play. The process of looking inward can be challenging, but fortunately, you don't have to go through this process alone.

In working with Michelle Buckle in her professional capacity as a registered psychologist, I have found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable with the clients she works with. She is caring, a strong advocate for her clients and works hard to meet their individual needs. Michelle is one of those individuals who cares a lot and is always willing to go the extra mile to help someone achieve their best.
Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Counselling services at MJB Psychological Services Ltd. are by appointment. Sessions are 60-90 minutes in length, leaving 10 minutes of that time for the counsellor to tend to your file. Since continuity of treatment is vital to therapy, we encourage you to plan ahead in scheduling your appointments.
