My fiancé and I had wonderful personalised service from Niko. It was the ring shopping experience I was after - it was so relaxed and enjoyable, not pushy at all.
Neither of us were sure of what we wanted going in and we were gently guided through the process step by step. We both left feeling on cloud nine with gorgeous rings ordered! Can’t wait to pick up the rings now!
I would recommend Mitchel & Co to anyone feeling nervous or unsure about wedding ring shopping, and a huge thank you to Niko for your fantastic help! :)

'Fantastic' would be one of the many words that I would use to describe our experience with Mitchel and Co. Enjoyable and professional are another two.
We had recently become engaged and were looking for the perfect engagement ring that would fit a particular criteria of sapphire. The desired colour we wanted was to be a particular shade of ocean blue and what was ultimately provided by Mitchel and Co met what we were looking for perfectly.
We knew that choosing the right ring would take time and so it should be taken into account for people new to looking at engagement rings that a few visits

Now known as our family jeweller, Mitchel & Co are absolutely amazing!!
After some unfavourable experiences in other Jewellery Quarter shops, we felt at ease as soon as we stepped into Mitchel & Co. Mitch was really helpful and although they didn’t have what I thought I wanted, he carefully went through the other options with us and was more than happy for us to leave and look elsewhere - so refreshing after being bartered all day by pushy salespeople in other shops!
It was in Mitchel & Co that I tried on a ring that I had never even considered and to my complete surprise, it was love at first

Absolutely first class. My friend and I were both looking at the same time- they treated us individually and did not try and force us to buy our rings at the same time. I later returned and was again welcomed by all of team. Bhav was first class, discussing all of the options. Can’t recommend them enough!

My fiance and I ordered our wedding rings at Mitchel & Co at the end of June for our elopement wedding last week (7th September), both Deb and Mitch were absolutely brilliant. We had to pop back today to get a ring enlarged by half a size which was no trouble for them and we would recommend this lovely jewellery shop to anyone. Thank you so much to you all. So so pleased with our engagement ring. We travelled from Reading to Birmingham to go to the Jewellery Quarter after we became engaged in lockdown. My other half had promised a proper ring so we decided to give Mitchel & Co a try since it's the highest rated in the area.
I have to say I wholeheartedly agree with the reviews. As someone who isn't a massive jewellery person, I was a bit nervous but Ruena greeted us and started showing us rings and made us feel very welcome. She was very professional and patient with us, despite me not being able to make my mind up. We ended up in the end picking

Went into pretty much every shop in the Jewellery Quarter and nothing felt perfect, so was beginning to lose hope, until I went into Mitchel & Co. Thought having her engagement ring designed from scratch would be far too expensive, however I was extremely please with the price. Recently returned and had both our wedding bands designed and made here and both times they have been absolutely brilliant! The rings have all been stunning, with constant updates provided to show their progress from initial CAD designs to the finished product. Bhav has been an absolute star both times, providing amazing

Cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Jewell! Not only do they have amazing staff, but their selection and quality was second to none. From the first time I went in to try on engagement rings, Erika was helpful, friendly, patient and so knowledgeable. Months later she had remembered all the aspects of what I liked in a ring, and then helped my fiancé have a ring made at the store, that encompassed all my wishes. It turned out so perfect because of her attention to details and care. We will be back to pick out wedding bands! Thank you for all your help.

I have had my wedding band for 13 years and the weld had cracked and split. I contacted the store and they told me it was normal wear and tear and that they would not do anything about it. When I enquired about the artist that made the ring they sold me they said he was no longer around and that, they would gladly sell me a new ring to replace the one that split. After a quick google search of my own I found the designer, and contacted him myself. He informed me that he had a lifetime warranty on his work and would gladly repair or replace the ring if needed. I will start out by saying that there is very helpful staff waiting for you here but thats where the good ends. They have no deals ever. The staff is brain washed into telling you that everything is already marked down and the price is as is....Uh Huh im sure it is ! anyways you will find if you do your shopping around before buying your piece that anywhere else will be cheaper.
So unless you have more money than brains go ahead and pay full retail. :)
