I called on a Sunday night at supper time for a nom emergency. Asked a couple questions and he honestly helped me go the cheapest and easiest route. Solved my problem. Thanks!

Had a leak but not an emergency as the problem was isolated. 30 min job but happy to pay the min charge, Its a rental and they were told we had people coming but would be no problem as it was a minor fix and they would not be in the way. They said they would call back to discuss. Well.
I had to call them to be told they we too busy. Told me I should find someone else. I will.
