Thank you Daniel, for sending Tim today, to fix our carpets. We have three rooms, with some pretty severe sagging that needed re kicking. Tim was, interactive, kind and very efficient with the task at hand. Patient, moving things around, careful and cautious with our belongings. And cleaned up after himself! Fantastic service.

Great job, carpet was actually not brown but grey, we found it after Allstrong cleaned it. We were very happy with their work, also patching a hole in the carpet, and stretching it, making living room look brand new. Highly recommend!!

Landell made a few minor rookie mistakes (timing, etc) which he quickly corrected but the job he did was excellent. He pulled out stains previous cleaners had not been able to remove and was thorough and courteous. Highly recommend the company, process, and staff.

Disappointed!
The gentleman was nice enough but he scratched up, and dug into, my freshly painted walls in a few places. Now I need to plaster, sand, and paint...again.
Damage aside, the carpets didn't come out any better than if I had done it myself with the Bissell. I went over the carpet afterwards with a scrubby, and got out stains that I thought a pro would have gotten out.
