I applied to this company a while back, got a phone call today for interview and declined on the spot because the guy sounded very rude and unprofessional, had heavy Russian accent I couldn't make out half the stuff he was saying.

Great company. Sahil, you are insane. Considering the owners themselves are visible minorities your statement has no basis, as you are suggesting racism. Obviously you have a beef of some sort with the Company. It sounds like you might have worked there . . . Posting a negative review is not the way to get your situation addressed.
