The idea of car shopping is usually a daunting task but I have to share with you how easy the Mark Wilson’s team made it for us. Their website is well built and we were able to narrow down our search to a few cars we were interested in. We initially dealt with Lauren to get pre-approved for financing. After a couple of emails and texts, we were connected with Geo from the sales team. He was great. Very knowledgeable and my wife really appreciated how he included her in the conversation. A great dealership to buy from, straight forward and no games. They offer great prices. I traded in my BMW for a Volvo XC90 and the transaction was painless, open and honest. They gave me an amazing trade in offer, well above any other dealership and their lot only has the finest cars. Marc F was our salesman and he took care of us and made everything easy. I had an issue with a key fob and Joe, the business manager took care of me without any questions. I will be back for my next car purchase.

This is a great place to purchase a used vehicle. The vehicles they purchase for resale must first be thoroughly inspected and reviewed by their audit panel before they decide to sell to the public. Their prices are outstanding, I honestly could not find a lower price for my vehicle. The vehicle quality is outstanding...a few minor cosmetic issues but that is really all. They were also very responsive and quick to correct a minor problem I experienced. Joe is fantastic to deal with, he is very level-headed, honest, and responsive. Very friendly and professional staff. The facility is very clean and honestly nicer that most new car dealerships I've been in. Even during Covid, they have 500+ vehicles on the lot to choose from.. They made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was easy on my end.

Purchased a used 2015 Lexus IS 350 AWD from Matt @ Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars and it was a pleasurable experience. Matt was no pressure, easy to talk to and took me (in another car, I followed) on a nice long test drive.
I also liked that their facilities were spotless, important in today's covid times and all the staff are very friendly. Thank you, will definitely check out your inventory the next time I'm looking for a car!

We bought our Maxima from Mark Wilson's a few days ago and we are very happy with our car. Frank is a great guy, very easy going and was such a pleasure to deal with. He took his time to show me everything I was jnterested in, answered all of my questions and delivered on everything that he promised. I never felt pressured at any time. My husband and I visited Wilson's to trade in our 4Runner for a smaller SUV and had a great experience from start to finish. Joe helped us along the way and I have to say, Mark Wilson's is very lucky to have such an attentive, responsive, kind and hard working employee on their team. We had an excellent first experience shopping at Wilson’s. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We ended up trading our older F-150 in and upgraded to a new 2017 fully loaded with all of the options my wife and I were looking for. The finance manager Asif Sharif was the magic man. He killed it for us on the bank end and got us a rate that no other lender would give to us. He went above and beyond what our expectations were and delivered our new pickup to us without any issues. We loved our experience at Wilson’s and we will be back to shop again in the future.

We went to Wilson's for a second vehicle just last week. After going to other lots, private sale, dealerships, etc. this was BY FAR the best experience of them all. Every car we had out for a test drive was in great condition. They were clean, well taken car of and overall impressive. Matt and Chris were two gentlemen that assisted me and I couldn't say enough good things about them and their service. I dropped into this auto dealer today, 11 years after buying my truck here. The lot is much larger and the selection as plentiful as before. Wilson's used to source all their vehicle inventory from the USA but I'm not sure now because of the currency exchange rate.
Anyhow, you'll still find an impressive assortment of cars and trucks at very competitive prices. They don't have to add a huge administrative fee to a sticker prices compared to tToronto GTA used vehicle dealerships.

Yesterday was Fathers Day. I was able to see my dad after I sent him to Mark Wilson's to buy a new vehicle because I had recently purchased one from there, being somewhat satisfied with the service I received. My dad told me that he already needs new tires on his vehicle after 2 months of having it, I told him that didn't make sense since the salesman I dealt with was ranting and raving about how if it's not "75%" up to par, then they would replace it before leaving the lot. They also charged him for plates that he didn't receive and had to wait in the waiting area

I am very disappointed... my boyfriend and I were considering financing a car .. after he took me to look at it I had expressed this car wasn't for us.. I asked the car sales man if they had a different type of car as we were still interested in this point in buying a car from them.. when he turned to us rudely and said " check the listing. I bought my 2011 Mini Cooper here a year and a half ago. The sales rep was friendly and fully disclosed the driving history. The service department also assisted me back then when the vehicle had minor issues in the beginning.

I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at Wilson's but I did have a good experience there. This place is quite a bit of a drive out of town for me but it was worth it to see what they had and their lot and stock has quite the variety.
I was basically only really interested in a single car that I had sourced from Autotrader and I was able to test drive the car in a matter of minutes of arriving at the dealership.
The roads around this area are straight and the speed limit is 70 to 80 km/h so you do get a chance to give it a go so to speak.
The person that helped me, Karl, was very helpful
