Just asked for a price for blood and urine work to test my dog for diabetes. Called Thompson, prince Albert and the pas, Thompson and pa were very straight forward giving me pricing for the procedures. The pas was not so much, they said 88 for the intial check up and they would quote me the rest. I told them the other places had givin me pricing, why cant they give me an idea. They were extremely rude and said well take your dog there then. After being a customer for 8 years I walked away and will never take an animal back there. I dont know what the variable factor is for a simple test procedure

These vets are caring, loving human beings. They've helped me through the lives of all my animals and are as accessible as anyone in The North can be. I am so appreciative that Dr's Karen and Ainsley are here for us!

Unbelievable money hungry people only in it for the money. Overcharge you 2-3x the price for treatments and won't let you bring your animal back if you sought other treatment from another vet. Disgusting practices.

I wish I could give negative stars. My dog got hit by a car. They said she would be okay. No scans, just looked at her. 2 Days later she died of internal bleeding. They didn't do a thorough job of checking her out.
Brought in my cat (used to be a stray), they said they would be able to tell if she was fixed if she has scarring from the procedure. They didn't see one so they cut her open. Couldn't see what they were looking for so.. they cut further.. Only used one injection to put down my childhood dog. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Make the drive to the next available vet clinic

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Closed at 11:55 for lunch which is posted for noon, even though I called ahead and told them I was driving in from an hour away.
