I showed up with my list of vehicles I wanted to look at, in order of preference, and Tracy was happy to start at the top and help me work my way down. I very quickly found my vehicle (okay, I loved my first choice!), and she and Mickey were friendly and open throughout the purchase process, showing me the Carfax, and the vehicle paperwork.
