Among all things, my physiotharepist Dr. Shao is especially experienced and insightful. I have had lower back pain for years, and to treat it, I have attended chiropractic treatments in Hong Kong and in another clinic in Toronto and I gradually realise that the pain in my back is acutally caused by my knees, so here am I. I had a knee replacement surgery followed by physio at this clinic. The first face I saw was the front desk secretary, Glenda. Always smiling, upbeat and so welcoming! Truly a pleasure. Ron was my physiotherapist- I must say I had a love-hate relationship with him! He really knew how to push me to do my absolute best even when I said I couldn’t do it! His assistants and other physiotherapists here are all fantastic. I am very happy to have just “graduated ״ from physio- but this is the place you need to go after surgery!
