Scott Overell of Martel Realty has been our realty agent for about 30 years. I am the 50% owner of a multi-tenant industrial/commercial property in Burlington, Ontario. Our building totals about 100,000 square feet and 30 tenants. Scott has always been up to speed with the availability of rental units in Burlington and rental rates. We met with their broker of record in regards to a property we we looking for lease. Very friendly guy, and got us most of the details we needed in regards to the rental. We asked for a lease be drawn up for which we waited past the time specified that they needed. We contacted and left messages on many occasions to no reply. We find out that the owner of the property had some personal problems (which of course is unfortunate), however not even a simple communication of the delay. When we did finally get in contact with this agent, as we have waited close to a month for a response, we then get
