A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, I articled and practiced with a Bay Street firm in Toronto. Drawn to the natural and cultural heritage of Niagara, I moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake and established my own practice here in 1995.
I have had the privilege of serving clients within the Niagara Region and beyond in a wide variety of matters, but my practice focuses on core areas of solicitor's work, namely real estate, business law and estate planning & administration.Accessible, understandable legal advice is essential to the success of any undertaking, whether it is buying or selling property, operating and structuring your business, or crafting your estate plan.

How is this guy even a lawyer??? He passed the bar? He got into university? He graduated? How? When you meet him you will have the same questions. We had a simple real estate transaction that turned into a nightmare! All I can say is these people cannot do simple math and they hold back your money for months. Terrible experience. Zero Stars. Waste of money.

Richard got everything wrapped up for us just fine during the purchase of our home in NOTL. The balance owed to us on our account still hasn't been paid to us after 5 months. Who runs a business in this manner. It seems like the problem stems from the real estate clerk who never returns our calls after we leave messages with the secretary. Each time we are told that the clerk will look into it and call us back. Still waiting!!!!

One star is too high a rating for this man. We phoned and asked for a price range to notarize signature. We were quoted, between $20 and $75, depending on the number of signatures. Andrews completely hijacked the process, performed duties that were not asked of him, and then presented us with a bill of $292.11. Outrageous.
