I got married in Brampton so I used this company as my limo service. I must say these guys are bunch of crooks. On the phone they asked for my credit card number which is not very secure at all but I gave them the number since I was going to change my card number after marriage anyway. On the phone, the manager said, I'll charge you 30% on the card but if you give rest in cash, then I can give you a better price so which is what I did. On the wedding day, the driver demanded cash for the remaining balance and included his tip which was more than %15. Again he demanded cash. I mentioned that

Terrible, terrible service, if I could give them less than one star I would. They were contractually obligated to drop my daughter and 9 of her friends at a prearranged point after their prom, but the driver drove them to another location and proceeded to try and extort $150.00 CASH from them in exchange for driving them to the correct house. They refused - as they had no cash on them - so he left them at the wrong place, in the dark, at 11:30 at night. When I expressed my displeasure via a message to their Facebook page, they responded with profanity and abuse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPA

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE BOOKING... If you're looking to pay a good amount of money to have an unsafe driver tell you how they won't drop you off at the requested destination and how they will leave you if you are a minute late all while they drive on the wrong side of roads and their cars break down on you THEN HIRE EXOTICA LIMOUSINE SERVICE. A little about our experience, the driver first showed up late and told us she was tired, she seemed rather new and unable to operate the vehicle. The drive was bumpy and jerky, not smooth at all. I see mixed reviews about this business but for me personally I have to give them 5 stars they made my birthday something to remember, my limo driver was amazing he came a little early but that's fine, the limo was extremely clean, we couldn't get the music to work due to someone breaking the aux cord so he played music of his own and we had a party in the limo lol, his driving was good we got to our destination and back safely and on time I would use this limo service again and I would love to have the same driver each time Sheldon you made me and my friends night keep up the good work

Really bad customer service. Called because music wasn't working in the limo. Sid who answered the phone and claimed to be the owner was extremely rude. Had the driver pull over 30 minutes away from my house and threatened to kick us all out. It was minus 15 out and the police was going to take to long so we continued with the service. But it's fair to say it ruined the night and my friends birthday. Will never use them again. They also use multiple company names which is a huge red flag and I didn't know until after I have them the deposit. Here are the names.

We hired Exotica for our wedding day and could not have been more disappointed. We rented a vintage Rolls Royce (which was in sub-par condition) and a Chrysler 300 limo. The drivers were not bad, but not great. One of them actually left two hours earlier than he was supposed! It really didn't seem as though the drivers were on the same schedule, despite working for the same party, and they didn't even have each other's contact information, which turned out to be an issue when our vehicles were separated and we were forced to revise our itinerary. We hired Exotica Limousine Services for our Wedding Sept 28/13. Worst experience we ever had on the most important day of our lives. The limo was late for everything, late going to the church, and then picking us up from the church which took time away from our photo session. We had hired a day limo and then a night limo to pick us up from the hall to take us back to hotel. We booked Exotica Limousine Services for our wedding this past weekend through Weddingful.
The driver was friendly, the limousine itself was great (30 person "party bus") and timings were met. The only drawback was that the heater seemed either faulty or old because it took awhile for the bus to heat up (despite it being about 5 degrees outside). Overall, the interior was pretty sweet and everyone was comfortable.
I would recommend them to other newlyweds!

Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with! We booked the SUV limo for my birthday, the driver was one of the rudest men alive, right from the get go he asked for his tip upfront before we even got into the limo, and told me how much I had to tip him! when I told him he will get it at the end of the night he pulled a hissy fit and left and said he's not driving us! After calling the company he came back but had a chip on his shoulder towards us from then on. He drove like a maniac, I understand that we were in an SUV limo and they can bumpy but he was just being crazy we were being

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I rented a limo to transport myself and my wedding party to Port Perry and when we called to ask where the limo was they told us it had broken down and that they could send us another one how it would take about 2 hours to get there. Note that we had to call them to find this out after they were already 15min late AND we had our wedding on a boat which was charted for only 5 hours. Then they played which us on the phone for a good 20min, saying things like "I just need to call the driver" and "I will call back in 5 min". If it hadn't been for another

We rented a limo for my friend's 30th birthday last night.
They were exactly on time, the chauffeur was super friendly and they kitted out the limo with everything we asked for (ice, water, glasses, etc.) The limo itself was pretty awesome, a 10-seater white stretch limo with stereo, CD player and a mirror on the ceiling. No ipod dock, though. The limo was clean, but smelled kind of weird.
The cost was $215 including tax for an hour and a half.
I was super happy with the service and the quality of the limo (except for the smell, but that went away after a minute)
