I recently contracted Westmount Craftsman to complete a bathroom in my basement and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The entire team, including Sefa, Blake, Nathan and Collin, as well as the trades that worked on the plumbing, electrical and tile installation were great to deal with. I could always count on Sefa and Blake showing up on time with smiles on their faces and they made sure things were cleaned up before leaving each day. We connected with Collin about a year before our actual renovation started. Every interaction has been professional and positive! After recently purchasing a new property, my fiancée and I wanted to redo the ensuite bathroom and finish the basement bathroom. As this was our first remodeling project, we selected Westmount Craftsmen based on Google reviews. Though we called up a few companies for a quote, none were as responsive as Westmount. Collin was excellent in explaining the process and was very attentive. He always explains the pros and cons with each of your options and never pushes you to make a certain choice so you feel good knowing that you're making a well informed decision.

I tried dealing with this issue internally, but no call-back going on 4 days now. These guys were doing a job on a house across from a public school that starts at 9:am, and the other day decided to pull up with a huge truck and open trailer to collect some rubbish to haul away mid-job. Problem is the guy pulled up at 8:55 right next to the school… crosswalk, blocking the entire westbound lanes (bike and vehicle), so cars (very heavy rush hour traffic) had to dash out into oncoming lane to get by. Caused a huge, back up with vehicles getting stranded, or speeding through the VERY busy school

We hired Westmount Craftsmen to add a walkout and sunroom to our basement granny suite. We could not have been happier with the courtesy, workmanship and cost. They did a superb job, stayed on budget and indulged our many requests without complaint. We were VERY impressed with their workmanship and work ethics. I had my main bathroom renovated and expanded. They deserve the name Craftsmen. It started with Steve's estimate (final was under), then Daine was in charge of executing the vision...and hand holding the nervous home owner, and James who made daily deliveries of supplies - he even remembered my dog's name, to the many helpers and tradespeople. No drama, fantastic results. A positive experience all the way around.
