So I would just like to start by saying I appreciate the redirection from the receptionist. However, the lack of professionalism paired with her “undertone”, made me uncomfortable. If I was able to go forward with their services I’d definitely opt out just due to the FIRST IMPRESSION I got (sad because I love supporting my people). This review is for the office. I think your RECEPTIONIST NEEDS TO DO BETTER ie. sensitivity training, or a people skills class…… vulnerable people in tough times need to feel safe.

I am extremely happy with my decision to use the Walker Law Firm. Hands down, Tanya, Jordan and the rest of the team are the best of the best!
