Greg regularly acts for several credit unions, particularly with respect to commercial and agricultural financing. He also practices extensively in business law, real estate and wills and estates. A long-time "techie", Greg has acted for local, provincial and national clients in both the negotiation and documentation of computer hardware, software, servicing and consulting agreements.
Labour Arbitrator approved for appointment by the Minister of Labour Relations pursuant to s. 6-46(6) of The Saskatchewan Employment Act (2009-Present). Jim was born and raised in Wolseley, Saskatchewan. He worked at his father's insurance agency (established by his grandfather in 1906) before studying law at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon.
Brad was raised in Saskatoon and Calgary. Brad moved to Regina after graduating from Law School and articled to the late Morris Shumiatcher Q.C. Brad has been active in the community and has served on many boards including serving as President of the Mackenzie Art Gallery, was a founding board member of the Saskatchewan Foundation for the Arts, served on the Saskatchewan Arts Board.
Ken was born and raised in Regina. Before practising law, Ken worked as an accountant and tax auditor. Ken has his designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant and was formerly a co-owner of Great Plains Income Tax & Estate Planning Ltd. Ken maintains a broad practice with focus on his valued and repeat business clientele and the practical solutions and ideas that he can provide to them.
Adam practices primarily in the areas of Business & Commercial Litigation, Debtor Creditor & Collections Law, Insurance Law (insurance defence) and contested estate litigation.
A significant part of his practice includes representing clients in corporate and business disputes, advising clients on the most appropriate avenues for debt collection and providing practical business consultation services aimed at avoiding future issues that may have a detrimental effect on the productivity and overall viability of a business.
