I love working with buyers. It's definitely a process to find a property that is perfect for you. When buying Real Estate, you are faced with a ton of decisions. It's not always an easy task but I try and make it a fun one. In a small town especially there aren't always a lot of options out there - I am familiar with the homes on the market, and homes that may be coming up as well.

Sackville, New Brunswick is a wonderful place to live and offers some unique things that you may not find in other towns. Mount Allison University is a major part of the town, and brings with it a multicultural vibe that really brings the town alive. There is no shortage of places to dine in town, and there is always something going on - it may be a show, concert, a speaker at the university, or a local festival.

Jamie is a gem in his field. What fun we had twice! And he'll be our realtor if we ever need it again but hoping not as it's a stressful time to sell and buy. I have nothing but good things to say about working with Jamie
For starters, even after getting cold feet at the last minute just months before [sorry], he and his team were super efficient in listing our home. Within 48 hours the sign was up and our listing was online.
Fast forward to the house hunt and, despite making him spend some sunny summer Sunday’s with us, we never felt rushed in the process.
The first house we went to see was the priciest, so we went into it with the mindset that Jamie would try to “sell” us that particular house specifically. The opposite ended up being true
