Hands For Health
Hands for Health was established in 1996 in Belle River, Ontario to make massage therapy accessible to local residents and the surrounding area. Kristen Curtis has been a massage therapist since graduating from D'Arcy Lane Institute in 1994. In 1996 she opened Hands for Health.

Kristen has taken joint mobilization, deep tissue and myofascial release courses and stays current on massage therapy research findings to give her best to each person she massages.Karrie Baker, Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T), graduated from London's D'Arcy Lane Institute and has been practising since 1999.
Services
A nurturing massage designed to specifically meet the needs of the pregnant woman and her changing body. Treatment helps to manage the changes, discomforts and stress the body endures during and after pregnancy. A very effective hands-on technique that provides gentle sustained pressure into areas of restriction to ease pain and restore motion.
Ashiatsu, meaning "foot pressure" is a deep massage where the therapist uses the support of two parallel bars mounted on the ceiling above the table and massages the client with their feet. Ashiatsu is safe, effective, and painless, not to mention profoundly relaxing. The amount of pressure is carefully monitored throughout the session, and easily adjusted for the clients comfort.
Movement Therapy is a powerful combination of manual therapy treatment and movement. This is done by first, differentiating neuro-muscular facilitation to re-teach the body what muscles need to engage to initiate movement, then integrating these improved movement patterns into more complex exercises.
At Hands for Health we are committed to offering a massage therapy experience that is consistently professional, highly therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Massage is beneficial to children, adults, elderly, and pregnant women. Whether recovering from an injury, or simply to alleviate tension and stress from the body, discover the benefits of this timeless hands on therapy.

I have received “massage” from Karrie Baker awhile ago, it was the worst massage and customer service that I have ever received. I wouldn’t even call it massage as she barely touched me. I booked 1hour session, I got there earlier than my appointment, but she took 10minutes of my session chat with me and asking what’s the reason I was there. I told her my arm and shoulder got sore due to the type of work that I do (I am a stylist in the beauty industry. Since I had a day off that day, I wore a sweatpants and a tshirt) She looked at me up and down and asked me if I usually dress like this

Not as good as other places. Also, they claim late hours however they do not book for after 5pm.

I had the best massage by Shannon last week. I would also recommend Suzanne. Both are very skilled and professional! Worth the drive. They are also flexible in working around my hours which is appreciated.
