Been doing my taxes there since 2016 and they have always been a pleasure to work with

They don't return phone calls. When they finally answer they make you come to the office just to speak with someone. Even if you have nothing to drop off. I paid them so they could do a better job then what I could. But a toddler could have done a better job of my taxes then they did. I wouldn't have learned of their mistakes if I hadn't gone to H&R.

Not bad not great. You have to be on the ball to make sure nothing is missed. They aren't the most organized they have lost paperwork. They ask repetitive questions to answers they have written, or the paperwork answering their questions already.

We have always had a great experience getting our taxes done excellent job.

For the moment we are stuck with the accounting firm of H. Bruyns and Associates. Our landlord uses his office for her bookkeeping and we have found numerous and continual errors in his bookkeeping practices. By his own admission there are numerous errors in our landlords books, yet he continues to work with these incorrect numbers. He himself recommended a forensic accountant review our landlords books. But he still works with her numbers and our bills are still incorrect. Under no circumstances would I recommend this firm.

I would never deal with these people again, they put down my previous accountant(so they should) and they turned out to be even worse, brought in the books and history in Jan took till august to get first results, found numerous errors, they fixed then when to forensic guy he finds even more things wrong, his girl blames me saying I didn't provided the info, yet emails show I did, don't walk away Run!!! there response:"I remind you that our engagement was limited as laid out in the letter of engagement that you signed.
