Initially in the major additions and renovations space and transitioning into custom home building, we are dedicated to making our client's vision for their home a reality.

Holman Construction was awarded the job to renovate my early 1900's cottage. The reno included the removal of a load bearing wall. During Scott's inspection of the cottage he sized up what might be uncovered from previous changes and was spot on in his assessment and prepared. The practical advice, quality of workmanship, attention to the fine finishing details and end of day cleanup was FIVE STAR all the way.
At Holman Construction, we enjoy a challenge. We have an amazing group of carpenters and take great pride in keeping as many aspects of a build as possible in house. When we talk about custom work, it means more than that the homes we build and renovations we complete are unique (which they are!). It means that we've taken the time to hone our craft and we complete custom carpentry tasks for each home.

This stunning, yellow brick, farmhouse is getting an update! Built in 1885, the structure of this home is in impeccable condition, however, some of the rooms are dated and with renovations over the years, much of the original charm of the home has been lost. We're taking the original home back to the studs.

€œWe were referred to Scott for completely renovating our beach house. We worked with both him and Kate on flooring, colours, kitchen cabinets, but for most of the project, we simply left it up to Scott to do what he would do if he owned the home. It made the process a lot less stressful for us, and we are sure we might the right choice. As the project progressed and some other choices came up, he was always willing to do what was needed. We were very pleased with the entire renovation, and all the work and help that Scott, Kate and their employees provided. The entire team was a pleasure to work
