Nick Mitskopoulos and his team are absolutely fantastic and will look after every aspect of your mortgage. Nick helped my wife and I obtain a mortgage very quickly. We purchased with a financing condition on our mortgage but the sellers wanted all conditions met within 7 days. Nick was able to get us approved within the time frame and offered us the best rate. We highly recommend using him as a broker. We still call him sometimes as he is very knowledgeable regarding mortgage trends. I have had two dealings with Nick Mitskopoulos over the past two years. Nick has helped my son and daughter both get mortgages to buy condos.
