Experience, wonderful customer service! My family and I were traveling from Calgary to Tofino when we ran into major issues with our own trailer. Our options were to cancel our trip or find a rental that we could put all our stuff in from our trailer, including our full fridge and freezer. After calling around and having no luck or being quoted ridiculously high rates, I got ahold of Doug. Doug literally saved our trip! He was extremely helpful and generous with his time and doing what he could to help us. As an experienced trailer owner I was thoroughly impressed with the 26 ft Springdale we rented

This year was I'm guessing the 7th year that I have rented from Doug and Ashley. Just the fact that I know their names is the difference from renting at one of the big volume places. Each year I call in, there is the same familiar voice on the end of the line and they start with "how are things these day's". The reservation process is simple and they do their best to accommodate pick up and drop off times which is usually in stone at those other spots. The trailer worked flawlessly and the trip was as memorable as always. Thanks again!!!

I rented a tent trailer from here last week. I upgraded from an older unit (2016 so not that old) to a new 2018 model for only a few more dollars!
The rental is bare bones, so I brought my own stuff (pillows, blankets dishes), although I think they offer dishes/pots for people who don’t have their own. Since I’m a camper, I have all my own stuff already so I didn’t enquiry about this. (I also brought a foamie mattress to sleep on as I know most trailer mattresses are on the thin side to keep their weight down)
They took great care to make sure I knew how hitch up and setup the whole trailer

Recently rented one of their new 2018 Jayco trailers they just got in. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful, patiently answering all our questions. Provided with a full walk through on how to use and operate the trailer. They even helped hook up the trailer to the truck. The beds were comfy enough, they're not a full thickness mattress. But we knew that going in and it's way better than the even thinner mat we had for tenting. We're happy we choose the trailer route this year for the added bonus of having a fridge, sink, stove and furnace while camping. Overall we had a great weekend

Rented a tent trailer for an August weekend and was so glad we did. The heater was awesome to have at night as it got cold because we were at a higher elevation. So glad I wasn’t in a tent. It was a new Jayco and very nice, clean and comfy. It was my first time towing a trailer and the staff walked me through everything and hooked me up. Will definitely rent from here again.

I recently rented a tent trailer for 1 week. When i picked up the trailer i felt rushed without an explanation of how things operate properly, As well, instructions or even a manual were not provided. As a result, we had issues with lighting the pilot light for the fridge and the door for the pilot light was missing , which could be dangerous. lowering the top proved to very taxing as one of the lowering braces kept getting stuck, When we returned the unit , our damage deposit was held without a reasonable explanation, Customer service is very poor, i would recommend renting from somewhere else

We rented one of their trailers 2 weeks ago. When we picked it up it appeared adequate despite showing it's age. The price was more or less the same as others in the rental market but definitely over priced for what you get. There aren't any extra's. We weren't expecting to hotel it but camp so we accepted it.
One of the trailers beds was the table top conversion type. I had no trouble setting up the bed/table and made sure it was properly seated. Our girls used it for one night their weight being around 150 lbs combined. No problems other than that all the comfort of

Rented the 22ft Salem, showed up and was surprisingly told there is no awning on their units. The unit was clean and easy to pick up, though. The unit also comes with absolutely nothing, as in nothing but toilet paper. No plates, no cutlery, no pots, nothing, fyi. We went camping to Manning Park with NO hookups, so we relied solely on the unit's water/electrical working. Within minutes of turning the pump on, the rear shower knob blows a leak, losing all pressure. We had to drive to the lodge to use a phone and go without water for 1.5 days until, to their credit, they drove up and repaired
