Members elected one new director to join the CHBA NL Board for a two-year term; Nicole Huxter (NARL Marketing - North Atlantic). The Association works together with manufacturers, financial institutions, warranty programs, and governments to be better informed and effect change in the industry. Monthly membership luncheon meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month (except in July & August) to network with fellow members and receive information on current issues and events.

Currently not answering phone calls or Emails for any reason. As a bussiness owner I have been trying to make contact for months to sort out details and outstanding issues with the rebate program. Thier automated message prompts you to leave a message, however it dosnt give you option to leave one. Criteria for thier program has changed without notice and after documents were submitted, and wont give small bussiness owners the opportunity to rectify the issues. Poor service, and overall another red tape organization.
