Mathew at the pharmacy is rude, impolite, no manners and no education what so ever. This person would not be working in customer service at all, screams and hand up the phone on you. What kind of person is this? I want to talk to a manager please. If I talk to a customer the way he did to me and to my friend I am sure I would lose my job. He is frustrated, bitter, and he is not working in the right place. He should be fired.

I came here to drop off my fed ex return and was met with the worst customer experience ever. From the second my wife and I walked in Kate immediately started trying to push us out the door. First it was the label not being taped on the box, then when we showed her we had the label and tape she used her super power of vision to determine that the box was to heavy without touching it. When we told her it was not actually that heavy and my wife as able to ift it with ease well then it was a problem of the shape of the box, Then it was a problem cause it's not getting picked up till Monday ( it's

Assistant pharmacist didn't give specific directions to go to the back of the pharmacy. Told me not to bother knocking as i would be waited for another staff. I waited, called and and ran bell and was never told i was standing by the wrong door. They make you wait in the back alley, as we are getting off the truck testing.

Great staff...best pharmacists... been going here for more then 10 years ... they know me by name, my prescriptions and anytime there was a change or I needed assistance they ALWAYS went out of thier way to help me .... will never go to another pharmacy... customer for life ... customer service is alive and happening here and I appreciate that!

My family and I have been customers of this pharmacy since Glen Cade himself was behind the pharmacy counter many years ago. In all those years we have been grateful to receive the kindest, most caring and professional service from each and every staff member we have dealt with. Recently we received our Covid vaccine at Glencade and other than our family Doctor there is no other location we would have felt as safe with. Thanks to all Glencade staff past and present.

I have a hand cleaner that I use that I can only get at this company. all of the times that I've had to order the cleaner from this location it has been a good experience, this location is easy to get to, the parking lot is almost always full. the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable which is great for quick and easy for service
