Authentic Developments has been extraordinary from the moment we met Jacky for our consultation, all through the build process and even after we officially moved in. The whole authentic crew is kind, hard working, and they are committed to creating a high quality home and providing a wonderful experience. It truly felt like this wasn’t just a job to them; but that they genuinely care about making the house feel like a home. Building a house can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but having Jacky, Jason and all their trade partners helping, made it a lot easier to go through the process.

Working with Authentic Developments was a positive experience. Even though building during a pandemic presented some issues and delays with getting materials, the house Authentic built for our family is beautiful and to the high quality they promised from the beginning. They would communicate with us often and were always willing to adjust ideas/design along the way customizing our home and our experience for us. We used Authentic to build our dream home and they blew us away. All of the design elements came together so perfectly. They worked with us to stay within our budget but to still get the things that we wanted and I don’t think that we sacrificed anything! When starting the build process it can be incredibly scary and nerve racking, and we definitely felt that way when we started. However, looking back on our experience with Authentic I would want to assure all future customers that you truly have nothing to worry about with them as your builder.
