You have to beg to file a report. We used Scott Wolfe for the last three years for our business needs and it was never easy to work with Kim - although she had access to QB and 99% of our transactions are digital. If your business isn't big enough for them you can expect to hear how busy they are. You might not hear at all unless you send two or three inquiries.
