What great service! We replaced our bathroom vanity with a quartz double sink. Right from the start it was a very professional experience. We recently had Quartz kitchen counter tops installed, the quality of workman ship was outstanding and very professional every step of the way! Final Pricing was exactly as quoted.. no hidden surprises and we are very happy about that. Jeff provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions with patience. Very irresponsible company. They caused so much damages we can not begin to explain, now we are stuck with the damages and have to spend over two thousand dollars to fix .They refused to take any responsibility saying it "was your fridge and your tiles not ours". Like the fridge walked on its own and caused it !!!
Carmen is specially very rude and unprofessional.
1-They moved the fridge to bring in the counter top and dropped the fridge it on the entrance tiles and broke and damaged the tiles.Refusing to take any responsibility for their actions.
2- They secured the dishwasher into place

This is the 2nd time we've hired Houstone for our quartz kitchen counter-top and we're as happy with the company as we were the 1st time round. I personally want a professional company that prides themselves with every detail from start to finish. Carmen and her team do not disappoint in any way. Such an amazing experience! Jeff was beyond helpful ! He went above and beyond to help find the perfect countertop, material, colour and price ! ( he was polite and kind when I changed my mind 100 times)I trusted him to the point I purchased a kitchen/bathroom sink plus fixtures without evening seeing them (based on his personal preference) I was not disappointed ! I priced at least 10 different locations in search of granite countertops with installation, an undermount sink and counter removal. My main request was a quote for the lowest priced granite as I wanted to keep the budget low. Houstone Granite offered the most competitive rates and provided me with several stone selections. The staff there is very knowledgable and helpful and know how to calculate measurements. I was able to take a few pieces home which made the selection process easier. I also got to view the samples in large slabs in the yard, which made it far easier to visualize. There
