By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve taken my dog there 3 times. 3 vet paid visits since may. Each time for the same issue. From the first visit I have requested a specific medication that is proven to work for my dog. Instead the vet insists on prescribing costly medicine each time that does not resolve her issues. … Again I have called last Thursday morning. With a promise from Linda to return my call. Thursday goes by. Friday goes by. Of course they are closed over the weekend. And now again I call Monday morning. And they’re telling me oh sorry

Dr. Boucher has been our vet for over 20 years. For our cats ( Sassie, Alice, Bella) and dog (Loki). He's never made us want to change vet.

Critical: Responsiveness
They are very expensive. Like twice the price of other paces and takes FOREVER to get a prescription refilled.

My first visit and a somewhat urgent one. I was given an appointment the same day and felt heard and validated from the first call when Linda answered and booked me in to Dr Boutet asking questions and creating a protocol that I could understand and manage. My visit here has been one of the best I have had at an animal hospital in a very long time. Thank you so much and don’t ever change. I hope to move my files for my animals here going forward. Highly recommend this clinic

We bring our cats and now our dog to Acadia! We’ve trusted them as our #1 vet for around 4 years now. Their team always greeted us with a smile. Will always recommend them to anyone who needs a vet :)

Love this vet! Very honest! Called 4 other vets to spay my pug and Acadia Vet offered the best price and service was amazing! Took loving care of her while she was there and even called me to check up and see how my Eva was doing! Definitely recommend!

Very pricey, some of the Vets have a "Id rather be doing anything else" attitude. Clearly more about making money, I always feel like I'm at a used car dealer being up-sold on extras I don't need or want. Started getting prescriptions instead of buying meds from them because the pharmacy charges 1/2 the price (but as a result every time I ask for this the cat NOW has to have a $100 + dollar blood test which never happened before). Will be finding another place to take my boys.
