Unfortunately Home Depot uses Kore Logistics to supply their appliance to their customers and I have never received any item on time. Last year I ordered a stove, which was late, then damaged, then I had to wait again for a new one to be delivered. The entire process took almost 3 months. Now, I've ordered a microwave and Kore Logistics was supposed to deliver it a month ago and continues to make up reasons for their inability to deliver. I now take ownership for continuing my business with Home Depot, but pray you never order something that needs to be delivered by this company. You simply will

To be honest after reading all the terrible reviews on here I can say my experience is similar. Poor service and communication. I got a text saying a white glove service was requested and I got the exact opposite. No reputable company should use Kore Logistics as a delivery service. They refused to take my old fridge which I had payed for to be taken away. Delivery was made on a friday and now, they say they cant come back until Monday to pick up the old unit. So now I have a fridge and freezer thawing out in my living room all weekend. On top of that they didnt install the old fridge and left

Go ahead, just try to contact them by phone to change delivery info. Be prepared to waste hours while you are on hold. oh, and after you do get thru. changing the delivery info will delay your delivery by days.
However, after filling out a feedback form on their website, they reached out to me and we got the problem resolved.

The delivery drivers were RUDE, the "supervisor" was not very pleasant and was also trying to blame THEIR screw up on other people when we have been waiting for a month for our washing machine. They REFUSED to hook it up as promised and refuse to come back to get the job done that they were hired to do. SO disgusted with this joke of a company.

Incredible service! We had a very heavy table delivered and the guys helped us with getting it up the elevator and into the home. They didn't have to do this because it was a drop off only, but they went out of their way and took the time. They also helped clean up the packing material! Many thanks, I was truly impressed.

I would give these guys a negative rating if it was possible. We made a large appliance purchase through Home Depot. These guys were supposed to deliver it. It took a month and 3 attempts for our dryer to ACTUALLY be delivered. The first attempt, the delivery drivers said they were at our place and that no one was home. They never showed up, they sent their dispatch a screenshot of a Google maps I.agie of our home as "proof" they were here. It just got worse from there. 3.5 weeks later and many phone calls and screw ups later....we got our dryer.

Kore delivered the furniture I ordered from Wayfair! The two young men were great. The delivery was there before the expected time, I could track where I was in the delivery sequence, they called to confirm their estimated time of arrival. The furniture was put together without incident. The two Qiyam and Robin very professional. Please excuse if I spelt the name wrong. Great service from start to finish

Worst logistics and service. I ordered a furniture from Costco and Kore was the local delivery company. They scheduled delivery for one day, and didn't give me a time window. I waited all day, and called in the afternoon around 1 pm, no answer, left a voicemail, nothing back. I called around 3pm again to see where it is, and they told me then that they cannot deliver it because they are missing one box out of three. They rescheduled the delivery a few days later, I had the delivery time window but nothing showed up, and they called me about an hour after saying they still don't have the third box

They called me and booked the delivery time that was a week after. On delivery day they called me and said they couldn’t find all the pieces and said they will call me and deliver it soon. I didn’t get any response from them for two weeks, then I contacted Costco they placed another order. Now Kore calls me and again booked the delivery for next week. On delivery day they sent the text that product will be delivered. Than after few hours their dispatch calls me and said ::
The pieces are on two different docks and they don’t have the driver to move the truck and drive should be there shortly
