Chiropractors are specialists in diagnosing and treating disorders and pain in the muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. We are not a high volume chiropractic clinic. We schedule appointments at 15-minute intervals and appointment lengths vary from 15-25 minutes in length. Each treatment always includes a combination of some of the treatments outlined below.

Our Registered Massage Therapists are full-time career massage therapists and work exclusively at Target Therapeutics. They each have their own treatment room which has been decorated by them, which adds a touch of individuality and comfort to your treatment.
Osteopathy is a form of manual hands-on medicine. The osteopathic approach is to not only look at the presenting symptoms but to look at the body as a whole because it is commonly found that a problem in one part of the body can have its origins or part of its origin elsewhere to where the discomfort is being felt.

I visited this clinic yesterday for the first time for a RMT massage with Amanda. I have seen many RMTs in the past, however not since early this year and have been looking for a new RMT. A main factor for choosing Amanda/this location was availability, especially close to the end of the year, but I am glad I did. It was probably the best massage I've had, she uses a lot of techniques other RMT's don't (such as trigger point therapy I believe it was) and working on range of motion, massaging shoulder muscles while moving the arm for example. Although using those techniques and some deeper tissue

Attention ppl!! I dont leave comments normally but this could change someones life.I am young and active and could not move properly was stiff for 2 months I made a emergency apt at Target clinic and DrMARTIN was kind enough to see me same day. He is Professional and and truly knows what hes doing. I feel AMAZING after my first visit with him.I will continue coming here and i Highly Recommend this clinic and Dr Martin if you have pain and need help.

This is the third physiotherapy clinic that I've visited, and it is by far the best one. All the staff are very knowledgeable, and even take time to help each other's patients. I highly recommend Kirsten Behm, as she is the first physiotherapist I've visited that actually took time the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding!

I went to see Dr. Dziak for a disc problem that was causing pain into my leg. After the first session I already felt relief of some symptoms. After 3 weeks a lot of pain relief which I honestly wasn't even sure was possible. Glad I chose this clinic and so happy with the level of treatment I received.

Lee is amazing. he cares so much about his patients and works long hard hours to show it. the office offer evening appointments for physio and weekend/evening appointments for massage. I could not be happier with them after my first visit. just wait until you see Lee multitask without compromising care for a single patient.
