Had the the hose from hot water tank burst just as we were going to sleep. Got the water shut off and made the call. We got a response in about 10 min. This was about 10:30 pm Saturday night. He was ready to do the repair first thing the next morning. Called the dealer and they did not get back to us for two days. And to think I paid them money for the warenty. When I told them I had service they just hung up. I would use Tyco again.
