The company started in 1998 as a result of talks between Bernie and Mark who were currently working together at another firm. They saw an opportunity to grow a business for themselves given the experience that they had in the industry and the support they had from others. We incorporated in 2000. After constructing a large potato storage warehouse in 1998 and our first modern dairy facility in 1999, we established a firm foothold in the agriculture industry on P.E.I.

Our plan was to build a 2400 sq. From the outset, Mark Linzel and Bernie Dykerman demonstrated real interest and engagement in our project. Both the process and the project were a great success. Communication via phone, e-mail, photos, fax and mail maintained our off-site involvement. Creative problem-solving was always a team effort as we explored options and improvements.
We have a great deal of experience in commercial building and take pride in having completed many projects involving dairy and potato barns, warehouses, office buildings and storage facilities. We enjoy working in the agriculture division and all that it encompasses to bring your commercial business up to par with the latest in modern technologies.
