We cater to public golfers and corporate tournaments at our championship 18 hole golf course that winds around the Black River and many man made ponds. The course is very walkable but power carts are available to help you get around. Shawneeki operates a great all-natural driving range cut to fairway height to simulate shots you would be hitting on the course in addition to putting and chipping practice greens.

The Shawneeki Club House offers lots of choice food selections and the banquet hall was just updated and looks spectacular. If you have any private, anniversary, retirement or wedding parties or receptions give us a call 905-478-4211. See Banquets and Buffet tabs. There will be an additional cart fee for people wishing to have their own power cart and not share.

Our menu and atmosphere is perfect for your corporate event or charity function. A banquet facility with seating for over 200 guests, accompanied by professional servers provides for an excellent dinner, lunch, or breakfast. Please see sample menus under Buffet tab. Shawneeki Golf Course is located on Woodbine Avenue, just north of Green Lane East outside of Newmarket, Ontario. If you are traveling from Toronto, head north on the Don Valley Parkway, continue on to HWY 404 north. Make your way to the end of HWY 404, and proceed to take the Green Lane exit. Head east on Green Lane, then north once you reach the lights at Woodbine Avenue.

Course well maintained but not worth $95 after 2 PM in October for fall golf. No marshal and course backed up at the 12th hole to a 15 min wait to tee off.

Love going here for lunch. Great breakfast and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly, the last time I was there we were chatting with all the tables around us. After the hell of covid it's nice to go relax and have some friendly conversation with some good food and a great view

Played here for the first time in 15 years. A lot has improved since then. It's a really great course with some hills and dog legs. Will be back! Grew up in Sharon this place brings back great memories. Course never felt crowded great playing pace.

A true GTA hidden gem. Affordable yet challenging golf with some significant elevation change, where the courses biggest defence is the green speeds and contouring. It was my 2020 best new course I played.

Beautiful course for the price. They maintain the course in excellent condition. Greens are fast and well maintained. Fairways are in really good shape. There's some amazing views in the back nine. A relatively narrow course that challenges you to keep it in the fairway.

Challenging course with some course management required. The par 3 12th features a nice elevated tee deck. Green speeds not overly fast but decent. Course in great condition.

Course is in very very good condition even it has been raining for the past few days. Greens are very fast and fairways being well maintained. Nice restaurant serves good food and staff is very pleasant. Despite the strong wind, a very joyful game today.

Golfing there was very nice great course good time. The culb house and bar area smelled very old and if sewer had backed up. The food we ordered was very quick to come no doubt pre-made,of course we eat outside due to the smell inside. The food was subpar and the three others with me did not even finish. Play golf eat somewhere else!
