I represent a condo corp that in 2005 had the roof, approximately 9000sqft done in a sprayed foam roofing system supplied and installed by western urethane out of Saskatoon. There were weather delays and payment delays on the project. I became the building operator in 2006. It was in the summer of 2007 that I began to notice large sections of the top coat were peeling off. It took 2 years and numerouse emails and telephone conversations to western urethane to return to repair the top coat under warranty. This was done in 2008.
