I went somewhere else to cut my hair and she did a horrible job. She just cut a straight line. I walked into Tresses looking for shampoo and they were absolutely amazing!! I showed them my haircut and told them what happened. They took me on the spot. Willces cut my hair and brought it back to life. He was so professional and knew exactly what kind of cut I wanted. I can't wait to book an appt for colour!

Avoidable! I had a haircut with Marina in July 2020. The angles of the cut were not flattering, and it was too short. She used a Dyson hair dryer to blow dry my hair after but honestly, I can do a much better job blow drying my hair at home. The hair wash and massage was nothing to write home about either. I expected a MUCH better outcome for the $100 I paid. I would NOT recommend going there.

I'm a long time customer at Tresses and even though I've moved out of the city, I still come back every month for a cut. The customer service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new hairdresser.

08/16/2016 I went to Tresses when another salon gave me a colour I really didn't like or could get used to. They were very good in fixing my haircolour and I appreciated it very much!!!
