Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest because this firm deserves lower. They advertise low fees but then charge more than double and categorize erroneous charges as disbursements.
Stay far away from this firm if you want to avoid erroneous disbursements for 10 year file storage fees, file admin fees, Faxes, Postage.
It'll cost you thousands of dollars whereas most other firms in Edmonton don't deploy these deceptive practices.

This was the smoothest sale and purchase of homes I have ever had. Both Sandra and Mr. Wells were VERY professional and explained everything thoroughly so you knew exactly what your money was covering. I would HIGHLY recommend them as a firm you use. Also, it was wonderful to deal with people that got back to you swiftly and always kept you in the loop.
