Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Summers and Smith have a live person answering their phone which is unheard of in this day and age! He walked me thru trouble shooting but we were not able to fix the issue over the phone. The technician was here in my home in 20 minutes and was able to replace the part and turn the heat back on! I've never been more impressed!

I am so thankful for the prompt, professional service from everyone at Summers and Smith. Our furnace stopped working on the first cold spell and they exceeded our expectations from arriving within 2 hours of the call and then to fixing the problem. They took extra steps to correct some problem areas with the drainage. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Summers and Smith Cooling and Heating. I’ve used them for my furnace maintenance for some time, but my most recent experience involved a furnace replacement. It went as smoothly as possible. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable, personable and made the process pleasant. The installers did a great job protecting my home with runners and removed all the mess and packing. Now I’m ready for what the winter has in store in my toasty warm home. I contacted S&S for a new A/C unit and was put in contact with Jason in sales. He was very responsive and came over to my home the same day in order to quote the job. Jason was very knowledgeable and made some recommendations about improvements that could be done to our current set up.
My wife and I decided that it was a good time to also upgrade the furnace in order to get better circulation in the home and a better temperature balance between floors and of course save money on hydro and natural gas.
