Every appointment is an important contribution to your treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. While you are wearing braces, please avoid eating hard foods, sticky foods but include quitting bad habits, such as fingernail biting, pencil and pen chewing and chewing on foreign objects as they can damage and get caught in the wires and brackets. Minimizing the amount of sugary foods you eat will reduce your risk of tooth decay and other related problems.
